Telegram trigger: How to save Caption with markup

I want to create telegram bot for transform video. I need to get Caption WITH MARKUP to create later new message with the same caption.

There is fields Caption and caption_entities in Telegram trigger, but in Telegram there is only field Caption. How to create message with the same caption markup as got by trigger?
