Hello

The company I work plan to try N8N.
We ‘ll like to go first with the Pro Plan but we can’t find your Pro Plan terms and conditions.
All I can see is:

If you are looking for the ‘PRO’ plan for enterprise like the way it shows in this:

that ‘PRO’ plan is not available for enterprise, if you are looking for testing n8n in your company you can checkout ‘n8n Cloud Enterprise Terms’.
If your company is willing to test things out going with individual plan is also a good option! Hope this helps.

Cloud plans (including Pro) are governed by the general legal pages on n8n.io:

  • Terms of Service & Data Processing Agreement (including SCCs): described under “Privacy” and linked as the standard terms for Cloud usage and data processing.[Privacy]

  • Pricing & plan details (including Pro): the Pro plan itself and its features/limits are defined on the public pricing page.[Choose n8n]; [Pricing blog]

So, for Pro you’d typically review:

  1. n8n Pricing page (for commercial terms & plan limits)

  2. Legal page (for Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, etc.)

If your company needs anything more specific (e.g. custom terms, NDAs, Enterprise evaluation), the recommended path is to contact n8n via the contact/sales form.
