The Chat Trigger node can not be found in the node panel

I’m running n8n locally using npm & my n8n version is 2.16.1. I have tried this (How to Make an AI Chatbot: A Step-by-Step Guide – n8n Blog) tutorial, & in there is a node called “Chat Trigger“. I could not able to find such a node in the node panel. I’m looking for help regarding this issue. Thank you.
