I listen to the order creation event through webhook and synchronize the data to shopfiy. When the shopfiy node creates an order, it cannot map the product data in the webhook to the node. It can only map one product to shopfiy and cannot pass values dynamically
Iam not sure what do you mean. On the screenshot there is data mapped?
If you mean you cant handle multiple line items, you maybe have to use the split out node first?

That means that in your order are multiple order items, but the shopify get order node only get one of multiple items?

Hmm unfortunatelyi have no shopify account to test. But when the get order function delivers only one instead of multiple items then i looks like there is a problem in the node itself.
I built this week a workflow with woocommercer, there i get all line items.
