The free license key is not being received

I try to register a new community edition instance, follow the instructions: select the option during your initial account creation.

To register an existing community edition instance:

  1. Select the three dots icon three dots icon in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select Settings and then Usage and plan.
  3. Select Unlock to enter your email and then select Send me a free license key.
  4. Check your email for the account you entered.

I’m writing my mail [email protected] but the key doesn’t arrive in the mail, I tried several times, I checked the spam. Please help me

I have the same problem as you and I think it’s for everyone.

It could take time, i think i received mine few days after the query, please be patient and avoid spamming it with several email as this will just add more delay to it :wink:

Hi there! There was an issue with Community+ Licenses not being sent out during the weekend. This is now solved and you should receive your activation key within the next couple of hours.
