I would say you should check certain folders in your email link junk..etc. For now you can try using a different email and that would work. You can always contact support if it never arrives this time.

This is a known issue that several users have reported.

What you can do:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Contact n8n support directly by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Include:

    • Your registered email address ([email protected])
    • A description of the issue (key not received)

Hey welcome, this is something only the n8n team can sort out for you since it’s an account-level thing. Shoot an email to [email protected] explaining the situation and they should be able to help get the key resent to the right address. Also I’d recommend editing your post to remove your email, probably not great to have that sitting out in the open on a public forum.

@cmaalouf961 can you confirm if the issue of the license key has been resolved?

I just got in n8n and when I try to activate my key, I get this message: Activation key has already been used on this instance
