Hello, I cant to delete this message from 1 place because I dont see Additional Fields Append n8n Attribution
Under optiolns there should be the option you are looking for. (if it is there. I am not sure for telegram)

I struggled with this as well.
If you select Options (Gmail node), one of them is “Append n8n Attribution”.
Select that option and you’ll get a toggle that you can turn off.
Not very intuitive.

Click on the node that has the sends the message automatically
In the bottom you’ll see an “Add field” button, click that, then click in the “Append attribution” and you’ll get a toggle that you can turn offPreformatted text

In my version I did it after I filled questions and this atribution disappears
