## Describe the problem/error/question I haven’t received the free features. I’ve checked my email but nothing arrives. I should mention that I’m subscribed to hosting and have successfully installed n8n on Hostinger. I’m requesting your help and would appreciate it if you could send me the key that provides the free features as you mentioned, and I’ve already sent you an email to receive it. ---

I mean the feature license key that is granted for free when installing CentOS 8 on the **KVM 1** plan, which is a **VPS** plan. It hasn’t arrived ---

Hi @Add9_693 You’re referring to the free Registered Community key. In your n8n instance on Hostinger, go to Settings \> Usage and plan \> Unlock, enter your email, and click “Send me a free license key”. If you’ve already requested it and nothing arrived, try a different email address, such as Gmail. It doesn’t need to match the email you use to log in to n8n. Once it arrives, click the activation button in the email or use “Enter activation key” on the same settings page. Who did the new Usage and plan email get sent to? There are no buttons in it to send an email. ---

The new email address goes in n8n’s registration form. Since you can’t see that form, please share a screenshot of Usage and plan and your n8n version from Help \> About n8n. Hide any email address or license key. For help with the missing key, email [help@n8n.io](mailto:help@n8n.io) from the address where you’d like to receive it.
