I need some help.

I registered my email and nickname on n8n, but I am leaving the company and would like to transfer my environment and subscription to another user at the company. Is this possible?

Hi @braianperuzzo Welcome!
I think you can do that via changing the mail, see the detailed steps below:

  1. Log in to your n8n Cloud instance as the current owner.
  2. Go to Settings → Personal (click your avatar in the top right).
  3. Update the Email field to the new owner’s email address.
  4. Save the changes the new owner will receive a verification email to confirm.
  5. Once verified, they fully own the account.

Thanks everyone, but I’m referring to actually transferring this property name.

In this case, we could even import the flows automatically into a new domain, but we’ve already paid for an annual plan and we wanted to understand if there’s a way to transfer at least that unused time.

Hi @braianperuzzo Understood,
for the first question, yes you can change the current owner can transfer full ownership including billing and the subscription by updating the email address on the account:

  1. Log in as the current owner.
  2. Go to Settings > Personal.
  3. Change the Email field to the new owner’s email address.
  4. Press Save.

One thing to mention very clearly here, you cannot change the property name (Username) of your instance, it is currently not possible, for this the best would be to create another account, and i can understand your concern of transfering left over executions, as it is the annual plan, you can consider reaching out to the support team at help@n8n.io maybe they can guide you with this if possible.
