Trying to create node in workflow that extracts information from google sheets but I keep getting met with a message saying “unable to load list.” And something about needing access to credentials. Please help!

Hi @Aja, please share more details: your workflow, error message, Google sheets credentials setup [keep the keys hidden], are you using cloud n8n or self hosting version?

Hello, thanks for the reply. I am fairly new to this. I am creating a workflow. So far I’ve been able to establish a schedule trigger, however when I try to create a node for google sheets to extract info for workflow, I’m constantly met with an error. I get as far as adding credentials, but when trying to choose document from dropdown menu, I am met with a message saying “unable to sign without access token”
