After asking Grok. Looks like some tweets also discussing about this.

The best guess is X just stop the api endpoint without a notification

Other people change to use the new method and it’s working.

But this is really complicated

It requires at least 3 post request

1. INIT
2. APPEND
3. FINALIZE
