Unable to access latest workflows after free trial ended – missing updates

Hi, I’ve already emailed support but posting here as well in case it speeds things up.
My free trial expired and I can only see old versions of my workflows - some are missing entirely.
I urgently need help recovering the latest versions.

You can access your Admin Panel trough the magic link. Request there access if not more than 30 days since expiration. :slight_smile:

I’ve tried downloading my workflows through the admin panel, but it gave me an old version of some workflows and some of them were missing entirely :frowning:

I think that is available for recent backup, not necessarily the very latest saved state in the editor.

However , if you think that you lost valuable work and cannot be easily reproduced :

Upgrading may help in some cases
