Unable to access our account's Admin Panel

Hello, community! We’re unable to access our account’s Admin Panel. Clicking the button doesn’t do anything. We’re also unable to upgrade versions. Is there a reason for this? I would appreciate a prompt response, as I need to make urgent administrative changes.
