I would have expected Elest.io to work ok as it is just n8n really unless they do anything odd with their setup.

I don’t really have an answer for that one as I am not able to reproduce it so I would assume it is something with either your Salesforce account or something odd with your n8n configuration.
Can you share what environment options you have set? It might be worth reaching out to Salesforce as well they might be able to see something from their side.
Unchecking ‘Require Secret for Refresh Token Flow’ worked for me. n8n service hosted on GCP IaaS.
