Unable to connect to api.infusionsoft.com

Unable to connect my Keap Max account. After trying to authorize the app, I get the following error:

Information on your n8n setup

  • **n8n version: 0.218.0
  • **self hosted
  • **Running n8n via Docker Compose

I am able to make the connection on the N8N desktop application. So I’m guessing the issue is my docker-compose setup. I have removed the firewall on this server for testing, still cannot get it to connect. Any ideas?

Hi @matthiasallred, I am sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, the logging around OAuth2 isn’t great in n8n and this is unlikely to change in the short term from discussing this with our product team. So issues like these are a bit hard to debug.

Are you able to reach api.infusionsoft.com in principle from your n8n instance, for example through an HTTP Request node?

Does the behaviour change if you run the same n8n version through Docker Compose that you are currently using through the desktop application?
