Unable to login to n8n cloud

Can’t login to my n8n cloud account.

Describe the problem/error/question

In the middle of working on a workflow I got bumped out of n8n, when i tried to login back, I can’t. I don’t receive the magic link to my email either. I’m waiting for a response from n8n support for the last 2 days but no response yet.

What is the error message (if any)?

Hi @mnayyar I think this has something to do with your trial ending.

Hi - I’m on a paid plan, and not trial.

its clearer now @mnayyar the best option would be to email [email protected] and make sure you do it from the email address used to create the account, when the bot replies your mail send a message saying you want to connect/chat with a human support. this should help get you a faster response.

Yeah I sent them the email at [email protected] two days ago, the respond I got back is (through the bot) that someone will contact me, but as of now no one has. Its a bit frustrating that I have lost two days and there is no direct way to communicate with n8n support

@mnayyar i understand your frustration mate, try resending the message and when the chatbot responds, send a message saying you want to speak directly to a human support.
