Unable to pull event from zendesk is community version

Hi! I have 2 workflows that are exactly the same, one is running on enterprise version and the other is on community version. The first node is a zendesk trigger that pull in events from Zendesk on the condition of “Ticket status is new”. However, when I’m performing a test (creating a new ticket). Only the enterprise version is able to receive this event.

I have checked that the credentials are the same for both accounts.

What is the error message (if any)?
