Unable to set up cloud account - stuck at provisioning

Hey team, I’ve been trying to sign up for n8n Cloud but I keep getting the error:
“There was an error while setting up the account. Please try again.”

I’ve tried multiple emails, browsers, incognito, and different signup methods.

I suspect there may be a conflict with my prior self-hosted n8n activity under this email:

Can you help clear or reset any stuck provisioning records so I can access Cloud?

The error you are seeing sounds like the toast message we show when registration fails. Are you seeing any errors on the registration form itself? It should show red error text below fields that failed validation. Are you seeing the Turnstile widget when you register?

You should be seeing it above the registration button. Is Turnstile showing any errors? If you can’t see the Turnstile widget or it’s showing some errors, you should make sure your browser isn’t blocking Turnstile. If the widget is showing an error, here are some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the feedback. No red errors are seen on the registration form itself below any fields. Just the one error message in the top right hand of window.

Just FYI - I also tried the steps mentioned in the link above regarding extensions, vpn and so forth. Even tried to start trial from mobile phone browser as well: same error.

We can close this thread. I resolved, by using different laptop, on different network, using different browser and different login details. Working now. Thanks.
