Unable to Share Workflow / Unable to Add Project Members Under Project Settings

When I try to share my project with others on my team using the share button on my workflow, it does not allow me to type any users in. It just says " This workflow is owned by the My project project which currently has 1 member with access to this workflow." When I go to the project settings and type in my team members’ emails, it says no matching users.

I am using the online website version with [email protected]. I have the starter plan. I use MacOS.

When my team members try to share their workflows with me, it says that it has been shared on their end, however I cannot see it under my “Shared with you” section.
