Hi, when I click on the button sign in, it doesn’t work, do you know if there are some issue on the n8n server ? I can’t access to my workspace, it’s write : No workspace here (404) and when I click in order to receive the magic link, it’s write : There was an issue requesting the magic link. Please contact support.

What you’re seeing is usually one of two things:

Workspace offline – The “No workspace here (404)” message normally means that n8n Cloud has taken your workspace offline because a trial or subscription has expired. In that case you’d need to contact the n8n Cloud team to re‑enable it or renew your subscription.

Temporary login issue – Earlier this year there was a problem on n8n’s side that prevented new sign‑ups and magic‑link logins; the team acknowledged the issue and fixed it. The fix has been deployed, but some users still see strange behaviour if their browser caches an old session.
A few things to try:

Use a private/incognito window and clear your cache. When another user couldn’t sign up, an n8n engineer suggested trying again in a private browser session to eliminate caching and browser extensions. That resolved the problem immediately.

Disable extensions / ad‑blockers that might interfere with the login popup.

Check your subscription status. If your free trial has ended, you’ll need to upgrade or remove your payment block to bring the workspace back online.

Verify the magic‑link email. Make sure you’re entering the workspace owner email and check your spam/junk folder; the link is only valid for a short time.

If none of the above helps, contact n8n Cloud support. They can look up your workspace and either re‑activate it or investigate why the magic link isn’t being sent.
