Unable to submit template for review

When trying to submit a template for review I am getting this below error

There was a problem creating the workflow: FetchError: [POST] “https://api.n8n.io/api/workflows”: Failed to fetch

Can someone from the n8n team please fix this issue?

Hi There,

In my case, the issue was with my AI Agent system prompt. Apparently, there are some keywords which the n8n template upload system did not like. I had to remove the system prompt and have n8n add a separate note with a link to my GitHub for the complete system prompt. Feel free to check my template here how I did it Prevent Prompt Injection Attacks with a GPT-4O Security Defense System | n8n workflow template. Not sure if this is same issue with your template as well.
