I am sending data from klaviyo.
Klaviyo sends 500-1000 contacts. When it hit the webhook the flow triggered an error “Unknown”
If i hover the “UnKnown” it shows “The workflow execution is probably still running but it may have crashed and n8n cannot safely tell.”

Information on n8n setup

  • **n8n version: 0.185.0
  • **Database: MySQL
  • **Running n8n with the execution process: Not Sure
  • **Running n8n via: Docker/npm (not sure but one of them. one of our team members set this up, but he is not around to ask)

Hi @Shraban_Mojumdar, welcome to the community and sorry for the trouble.

An unknown status often suggests an n8n instance has crashed during the execution. A common cause for this are out of memory problems. Any chance you can take a look at your server logs around the time of the error? They might contain a hint as to what has happened.
