Update Ticket function in Zammad

The idea is:

Please add the “Update Ticket” functionality in ZAmmad integration, as this is the only one missing from the stack. All other areas withing Zammad has the update function.

My use case:

I want to build a AI customer service agent, that automatically fetches tickets, and reply directly through the customer through Zammad.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

This is to avoid people have to create their own HTTP requests into the Zammad API themselves.
