We are currently using a self-hosted n8n instance and would like to upgrade our plan to unlock additional features, specifically user management and the ability to create separate projects.
Could you please advise us on the steps required to proceed with the upgrade?
We have previously tried to contact your sales team but have not received a response yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.
The upgrade is as easy as entering the license key.
However you need to get that first of course.
I know the sales team is very busy, so you probably just need to be patient for a response from them.
When did you sent them the message?

Not really.
Also it is summer holiday or almost. And tonight is n8n Fest. So especially today the team will not really be at full force I guess.
