Upgraded Account – Trial Workflows Missing

Hi n8n team,

I recently upgraded my account on 31st July, but I’ve noticed that none of the workflows I created during my free trial are visible in my workspace .

This is quite confusing, as the email I received on 7th July (screenshot attached) stated that my data would be retained for 28 days after the trial ended and that upgrading would allow me to keep everything active.

I was hoping to continue working on those workflows, but my workspace is currently blank. Can someone please clarify:

  • Shouldn’t the workflows from my free trial still be available after the upgrade?
  • Is there any way to recover them?

I’d appreciate any guidance or support you can offer. Thank you in advance.

There should be away to get it back, normally you can export it too .

You should have an email like this

Your trial has ended – but you have 90 days to recover your workflows.
⚠️  After that, your data will be deleted and can’t be recovered.

To download your workflows, go to your workspace's admin dashboard  > Manage > Export

My guess is because you created on 31st, from the 7th you had three day, 10th, so it likely deleted instance but saved the data can you try via the above dahboard manage export etc, you may find them there. I think whats happen is because it past them three days.

Did you get the above email also? Hopefully via export it will work.

I did received that email too but whenever timelines either way 28 days or 90 day I lam still withing the period where my workflow should be there
