It would help if there was a node for:
Uploading Offline Conversion to Google Ads. Zapier has it, but I am trying to move off zapier completely. The only thing stopping me is that there’s no nodes for uploading offline conversions. There are other Google Ad nodes, but not this one in particular. I know I can manually build it, but that would be a huge headache.
My use case:
Right now, I am using Zapier to go webhook (catch data like gclid, other conversion data) and then send it to Google Ads Upload Offline Conversion. See this zapier workflow, for example. Basically, I am making a postback for Google Ads, since Google Ads doesn’t have a native postback URL like other ad networks do.
Any resources to support this?

Yes. I can help. I know nodeJS pretty well. The only thing stopping me from doing it myself is I don’t know the Google Ads API that well, but I can figure it out.
