Urgent Help for Deleted Project - How to get it Restored ASAP?

Hi - we have accidentally deleted our project in our workspace, within the past hour, is it possible to get it urgently restored? We are on Pro plan. Have tried reaching out via email - is there a quicker way to get assistance? Thank you

hi there, @swpopai usually this kind of case, we need to email the support, so i think what you can do is just wait for now, because some of the n8n staff are on vacation from what i heard recently, so i think you need to be patient

Hi,

I’m Charles from support, log a ticket and message me the ticket number. I will take a peak. Just an FYI if you have an archive or have the workflow in executions still you can recover from there.

Everyone has an archive since 1.93.0, I believe, but I am not sure if we have communicated that to users that well.

Thank you very much Charles! I think the ticket number I’ve received is T-5650 if that is right. My problem is that I accidentally deleted a Project (called AI AGENTS) with all the workflows inside it so I’m looking to restore the whole project. I truly don’t know how it happened as I was inside another project deleting that one. Thank you so much for your help!
