I want to integrate freshdesk users and n8n automation.
When the users ask something about product, We are going to answer them related trained datasets and chatgpt.
Please anyone help me how to implement the way.
There are so many examples but I want to know more live example acting really.
use an ai agent with rag with the data, how was you going to make it avaible to users? Via a chatbot?
