Urgent help please! no answer of my email!

Dear Community, I have a very important meeting with my boss tomorrow morning. I wanted to share with him my AI Agent. Still, I can´t work or edit on the AI agents, since the servers can´t be reached!

I´m so so so so afraid and I really need some help… I already wrote my Email to the support but no answer… This is really really bad for me…

I updated the instance already. I resetted it many times. I deleted my chookies… Nothing helps… I still have the error “ Connection lost” !!

Please help me!

You should share more detail about the error and probably share the screenshots/logs as well. It would help to quickly identify the issue and suggest some remedial actions.
