Urgent: Not Receiving Password Recovery Email (Paid Account)

I’m currently unable to log into my account (dariokart, not this one) and haven’t received any password recovery emails, despite multiple attempts. I’ve checked both my inbox and spam folder carefully, but nothing has arrived.

This is a paid account, and I urgently need access to continue my work. I also suspect that the email address associated with the account might no longer be valid or functioning correctly.

Could someone from the support team please assist me as soon as possible? I’m happy to verify my identity or provide any details needed to restore access.
