Hi! Thanks for responding.
My n8n Cloud subscription is past due and I want to pay to
reactivate it. But when I try to select a plan or make any
changes, I get this error:
“No other modifications except pausing and changing the
passthrough are allowed on a past due subscription.”
I already contacted support (ticket T-61951) but I’m still
waiting for a human agent to send me a direct payment link.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a faster way
to resolve it?

unfortunately @yasmine i don’t of any faster way to resolve this than waiting for support.
when you receive a response from the chatbot. Then tell the chat bot you want to interact with a human support, a human support should be in touch with you, someone confirmed this method worked for him.
