Urgent: Ran out of executions mid-cycle – can I add more immediately?

Hi everyone,
I’ve run out of executions on my n8n Cloud plan and my workflows are
completely stopped. I can’t wait until the next billing cycle to renew.
I already contacted support and [email protected], but I’m getting automated
responses with 48h wait time.
Is there any way to:

  • Add extra executions immediately to my current plan?
  • Or do an immediate mid-cycle upgrade?
    Any n8n team member who can help urgently would be much appreciated!

There is not much you can do other then upgrading your plan, as you cannot buy extra executions once you hit the limit , so practical solution is to upgrade your plan.

Yeah upgrading your plan mid-cycle is really the only option here, there’s no way to buy extra executions as a one-time thing on Starter/Pro unfortunately. The good news is upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay prorated for the remaining days so it’s not like you’re double-paying. Support probably can’t help much since this is just how the billing system works, not really a support issue.
