[Urgent] Saved Workflow Disappeared After Two Days – No Response from Support

Hi n8n team and community,

I’m reaching out because I encountered a serious issue: a workflow I had been working on simply vanished from my n8n instance after two days, despite having saved it properly before closing. I did not delete or modify anything in the meantime.

I’ve already contacted support via email around 5 days ago, but unfortunately haven’t received any response yet. I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue, as I had put a lot of work into that workflow and need to recover it if possible.

Here’s a bit more context:

  • I’m using Cloud n8n
  • Workflow was last saved on: 05/09/2025
  • The workflow no longer appears in my list
  • I’ve checked all folders, including Trash/Deleted

Is there any way to retrieve lost workflows or access backups from n8n Cloud (or logs if self-hosted)?

Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance for your support.

I had several workflows before I stopped my subscription. I have paid again for my subscription, buy I do not see any workwlows! It looks like absolutely new account! How to restore all my data?
