URGENT: Self-Hosted Community Edition License Key Delivery Failure (v1.122.5) - Seeking Support Intervention

Hi Team,

I am experiencing a critical failure in receiving the license key for the “Unlock selected paid features for free (forever)” offer on my self-hosted n8n Community Edition instance. I need to activate this key before the imminent v2.0 release to secure the lifetime features.

Issue Summary: The automated system reports the key has been successfully sent to the inbox, but no email arrives after over 24 hours of trying.

Instance Details:

  • n8n Version: 1.122.5 (Docker)

  • Hosting: VPS (Standard Docker setup)

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Attempted key requests since December 6th, 2025 using two separate, major email providers.

  2. Confirmed no email in Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.

Cleared all license state via the Docker CLI command to ensure a clean request:

  1. Retried the request successfully (UI confirmed “Key is on the way!”).
