I’m reaching out regarding an urgent login issue affecting my account.
I’m unable to access my n8n account and have attempted to use the password reset flow, but I have not received any reset email.

I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and confirmed the email has not arrived. I need to regain access as soon as possible, as I have critical workflow updates pending for my business.
Could you please:
- Verify that the account exists under the above email address
- Manually trigger a password reset or provide an alternative recovery method
- Check whether there are any delivery issues with reset emails to my domain
