URGENT: Unable to submit answers and receive certificate

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the course platform. As soon as I click Submit, nothing happens. I’m unable to answer the questions properly, so I can’t complete the quiz and receive the certificate.

Also, I’m a bit confused about the instructor part. I currently don’t have an instructor assigned, and I would like to understand when an instructor is assigned to me.

Could you please check this issue and let me know how I can proceed?

Can you logout, delete all site cookies related to course platform, then login again.
Does it work?

All courses are self paced, so there isn’t an instructor. Where are you seeing instructor?
