[URGENT] Workspace "overlap" is down – 502 Bad Gateway after execution log cleanup

Describe the problem/error/question

After deleting (almost) all executions to fix performance issues, my workspace overlap.app.n8n.cloud is now completely unavailable — every attempt to open the workspace or admin panel returns 502 Bad Gateway.

What is the error message (if any)?

502 Bad Gateway on https://api.n8n.cloud/workspace/overlap

What have I tried?

  • Cleared all possible executions.
  • Cleared browser cache, cookies.
  • Tried different VPN endpoints (USA, EU).
  • Waited more than 30 minutes after cleanup.
  • No luck, workspace is still down.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n Cloud, workspace: overlap.app.n8n.cloud
  • User: [email protected]
  • I don’t know current version (cannot access UI).
  • Browser: Chrome (Mac), also tried Firefox.
  • Connection: via VPN (from Russia).

Please restart the workspace or perform backend cleanup if needed.
