Hello guys, I am using a virtual Mac using virtualbox on my windows system for developing iOS apps. I want to try n8n but I have been told by someone that my account might get disabled for using it on virtualbox.
Is that true?

No idea why your account would get disabled.
U are hosting your own n8n I guess then? Sounds like someone didn’t set up persistent storage and lost their data which makes u lose everything so also your account.
Using n8n cloud they shouldn’t really care what u use to open a browser.

Nice, yes, I’m hosting my own n8n. I don’t know why is saying that, and whether he set up persistent storage or not. Actually I’m following a method to run mac on my pc for ios app development purposes and I also want to use n8n with that, right then a friend of mine said about account ban related stuff. So, I thought that it would be great to ask the community. I’m going to try n8n on it. Thank you for your reply.

They cannot ban your account if u self host.
