What do you mean? The application is safe but what you can do with it may potentially not be. If you are unsure though I would recommend talking to your IT or Security team and they will be able advise you further.

That I can’t tell you as I don’t know what company you work for, It is the IT Team or Security company where you work that you would need to talk to so you can find out if they consider the application to be safe.
