User Management | Impossible to launch workflows with member profiles

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with members profiles, As a member, I can connect the APIs but no data comes up when I run a workflow. I get the following error: Problem executing workflow / There was a problem executing the workflow: “One or more of the used credentials are not accessable.”. Any idea ?

Here are the steps I followed:

1. I create a new workflow in my member account
2. I connected Webflow and Airtable with my member account
3. Workflow works with owner account but not with member account

Can anyone help me? Thanks for your help!

About my setup:

• n8n version 0.168.2
• Running n8n via npm

Just to check if the member goes to credentials do they have access to it there?

Thank you for your answer. I have created the credentials with the member account. Did we forget to activate something in the settings?

Not that I can think of, Credentials and Workflows are currently sandboxed to each user account. When you copy the workflow you would need to select the credentials again for that user and it should work.
