I realize that. I am no longer going to use fastmail. This question is no longer required.

If you are still curious - I do not know of a way to use Fastmail with the traditional SMTP functionality, but with the JMAP API, this example may be helpful.

I was able to solve the issue. The email DNS setting was not correct. It’s working 100% now.
