Using Notion as a CRM

I’m looking to set up workflows that allow my CRM to be queried (e.g. creating an event with a person, or even using AI to summarize notes on a person before a meeting)

I’ve seen most people use Google Sheets or Airtable, but I currently use Notion for my CRM.

Is there any way to properly query the Notion CRM database? The issue I’ve been having is that I’ve been leaving notes for each person as a comment, and I can’t seem to fetch details for those properly from the prompts.

Any help would be appreciated! New user here so may not have all the formatting down yet.

Hey @Leo11,
Welcome to the community,

I’ve had similar issue and when investigated it turned out it is a Notion API limitation and they just don’t provide a way to get database entry comments.

I ended up adding a property and manually moving comments to it. Lucky for me it was less than 50 records but i can see how this can be more problematic for larger databases.
