Using several AI Assistant nodes - creating error Issues: "Request failed with status code 431"

I have several AI Assistant nodes in my workflow. Whenever I click on test workflow, the chosen AI Assistant is not being found anymore.

What is the error message (if any)?

Issues:

  • There was a problem loading the parameter options from server: “Request failed with status code 431”

The 431 HTTP response code means header fields too large

Which node are you getting the error on?

on the OpenAi Assistant nodes. Does this mean my prompt is too long?

It’s possible, but the prompt should be getting passed through the body not the headers. I don’t have a ton of experience with the AI nodes yet though.

Maybe try shortening the prompt to not include the dynamic data and see if it runs like that
