“Hello, I received free credits but they expired because I was learning on my mobile and couldn’t use them in time. Also, I’m not receiving the verification email. I checked my inbox, spam, and tried resend, but I still haven’t received it. Could you please help me restore my free credits and verify my account? Thank you.”

Hi @Jayashree_Bolake
Which credits do you mean, the free Cloud trial or the AI credits that come with the account?
Hi @Jayashree_Bolake ,
Welcome to the community!
I think the fastest way is to use another email and create a new account, probably there is a bug currently in sending the emails or there is a typo in your email.
Hi, I created an n8n account and received the free credits. I couldn’t use them before they expired. Is it possible to get those free credits again or reset them? Thank you.
@Jayashree_Bolake Thanks for confirming. Those are the free trial credits, and they’re tied to the account rather than something that can be reset from your side. Support can look at whether they’re able to extend or reissue them, but nobody on the forum has access to that.
Email help@n8n.io from the address you signed up with and mention the verification email problem in the same message, since they’ll need to sort that out either way before you can get back in.
Hi @Jayashree_Bolake Welcome!
Nothing in spam and nothing from resend means the message never left n8n’s side. An address that has bounced or been marked as spam once with their email provider gets put on a suppression list, and after that every mail to it is dropped before sending, so there is nothing arriving for you to find.
Ask support to check your address against their email provider’s suppression list and have it removed. Write from a different, working address and put the blocked one in the body, since a suppressed address may not receive their reply either.
