Just a quick update on this one, The ability to version control workflows has been released and the documentation can be found here: Source control and environments | n8n Docs
We are also currently working on another feature that could be useful which is workflow versions / history which will be available soon.

Anyone can buy the enterprise plan, Pricing depends on workflow and execution counts though so if you wanted to get a quote the best bet would be to reach out to the sales team through the pricing form here: Enterprise Enquiry
