The community version of n8n gets some features that are locked behind paid plans, but they’re actually pretty cool for personal users or small teams.
Right now, features like workflow history and variables are blocked unless you upgrade. These are small features, but they are really useful, even if you’re using n8n for personal projects or in a small team.
That said, I wouldn’t pay $50/month to unlock those features unless I was running a larger business. So I’m a lost customer.
But I’d happily pay something like $5-7 a month for access to them, and then I’d be able to contribute financially to the project.
So, what do you think about a “personal pro” plan? Something affordable for users like me who love n8n and want to support it, in exchange for a few extra perks.
Think of it like Notion—they’re clearly geared towards B2B, but they offer cheaper plans for enthusiasts too.
