Very very urgent: OAuth Authorization Error There was a problem generating the authorization URL Invalid URL

I restarted my Google Cloud VM Instance and all of a sudden it doesn’t allow me to add any credentials. It has to have to do something with that cause I tried various Google Accounts and my other VMs it all worked… I tried Incognito I tried it all but it has to be something with the VM and configs that were lost.
