Video_note in Telegram

Hello guys! I am creatin HR assistant for video interview in Telegram. Questions are written as video_note. At a start of an interview Telegram bot should send video_note to a candidate. In “Telegram send” note n8n doesnt have such operation “Send vide_note” . Which choice shoud I make? Or only HTTPs request to Telegram Api can help?
