Voip support assistant with SIP connexion to my internal IPPBX

Hi all,

A part of my Day job is to responds to customer about some issue that can be found in our knowledge base…
I’m tired about this, so I would like to find a softphone client able to connecté to our pbx as any other sip phone and manage the call with LLM + RAG and maybe à local tts or with elevenlabs.

Anyone already tried this ?

I’m thinking about linphone that seems to have a headless client (daemon) and a API.

Any advice will be very welcome.

Id recommend checking out https://vapi.ai/ this allow u can have other BYO sip too,

and it integrates nicely with n8n via webhook / mcp for access to the rag etc. Hope this helps

Thanks for the info, but, I already have a IPPBX accessible from the internet, i only need a client that can run as daemon to receive the extension’s call and then run the voice workflow.
I dont want to pay for something I already have.
