Wait for X days [Solved]

Hi, I am working on an email automation workflow.
New email address comes in, we send a welcome email and after X days the next email.

I found the “Wait node” but some - maybe stupid - questions arise:

  1. Is it efficient to use the wait node?
    I just wondered if this blocks some resources or so?

  2. While a workflow is waiting, new request can come in right and start new executions?
